This is a voluntary financial contribution with no expectation of goods, services, equity, ownership, or any form of return on investment. LimilessAI LLC is a for-profit corporation, and contributions are not tax-deductible. This contribution is made freely and without coercion. You understand that this is not a purchase, investment, or loan, and you will not receive any products, services, or equity in exchange for your contribution.
All contributions are final upon processing. You voluntarily waive any right to request chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes related to your contribution. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the stability of the infrastructure development fund.
All funds collected will be used exclusively for the development, maintenance, and expansion of the LimilessAI LLC computing infrastructure. This includes hardware procurement, cloud service fees, and necessary engineering salaries. Detailed expenditure reports will be shared annually with contributors.
Your contribution does not grant you any ownership, license, or rights to the intellectual property, code, patents, or services developed by LimilessAI LLC. All rights remain exclusively with LimilessAI LLC.
